ORANGES

Every Wednesday at Ortakent Pazari in Bodrum a farmers market rises from the sea-side city streets revealing the freshest fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and spices guaranteed to make a Turkish kitchen into a culinary delight. On this day, oranges were the fruit of choice with one local farmer centering himself amongst thousands or the delicious spheres. He was sold out in 30 minutes.
